Hello Gardeners!
Linda Sonner would like to invite the Batavia Plain Dirt Gardeners to come to her garden this coming Sunday, September 20, from 3 to 6 pm. She said that it was so wonderful to see do many of the group at the Batavia Wildflower Sanctuary last Tuesday night, that she thought a social time in the daylight on a Sunday afternoon would be nice.
Everyone please wear a mask and keep social distance.
Linda says, “As with all gardens this time of year, especially with this past
dry summer, my garden is on the decline. Everyone will have to look past
the weeds and sorry looking shed that is due for some tender loving care in the
next week or so.”
Also, her lawn is in a state of transition from a
monoculture of grass to a more natural future. Transitions may look messy, but they're so exciting!
