Extinction is forever. Through the example of the Passenger Pigeon, Pam Otto will discuss extinction, its implications, and what we can do to preserve animals, plants, and insects that are currently endangered.
Pam Otto is the Outreach Ambassador for the St. Charles Park District. Her curiosity of the natural world began at an early age, always looking at bugs, catching frogs or flipping over rocks to see what was underneath.
